Jake moved to Breckenridge in 1990 and has now been part of the local community for over 35 years. He attended Breckenridge Elementary and Summit High School before earning a degree in Marketing from the University Of Denver in 2006.

Growing up in Summit County has given Jake many opportunities to enjoy the outdoors. He competed on several different ski teams and truly cultivated a love for the mountains. After graduating from the Daniels School of Business in 2006 it was this love for the mountains that brought him back to Breckenridge.

Having grown up in Breckenridge has given Jake extensive knowledge and a unique perspective of the area that allows him to provide buyers and sellers with the best service possible. He moved to Breckenridge Associates in 2013 to be part of the top producing real estate team in the area. Since obtaining his license in 2008, Jake has transacted over $400M in sales. Jake served as Managing Broker from 2017 to 2019, overseeing almost $700M in sales for the firm.

In his free time Jake enjoys skiing, golfing, playing guitar, fly fishing, hiking, camping, and traveling. Jake is excited about meeting you and promises to fulfill your real estate needs with honesty and integrity.
